We drove through McAllister Park yesterday, which is right next to our apartments, and stopped by the dog park. McAllister Park is huge with lots of trees, picnic areas, and bike trails. On just this one drive straight through we saw 15-20 deer, and they're not afraid of cars. They take their time going across the road and look at you as if you're bothering them. This is just the first one we saw.
The dog run is actually a dog park, where dogs can play on dog playground equipment. Bridget is still trying to get back up on the horse after her last couple bad experiences at the dog run in Lincoln, and stayed away from the other dogs.
