We had the opportunity again this year to hang out at Renee's aunt and uncle's lake house in Possum Kingdom, and we had a great time! The weather was perfect for a weekend at the lake...super hot and sunny. On the way up we drove through Llano and as we passed the airport we noticed there was some sort of glider expo. There were about 10 gliders we counted in the air that we could see but judging by all the trailers that were parked along the runway there had to be about 30 or so. This little yellow airplane is an ag tractor, which is generally used for crop dusting but was being used as a tow plane.
The lake is so scenic and the water was really blue and pretty. The pictures don't really do it justice.
By the dam we noticed some goats on a cliff. There were about five of them, and we're not sure where they came from or if they were wild goats or what, but by Sunday morning they were up at the top of the cliff so they must be good climbers!
