Bridget quit eating Sunday morning and has been lethargic and mopey ever since. So today, Renee took her to the vet. We again have special food, medication, and this time she got an injection of something, but really no clear idea of what's wrong with her. If this doesn't work within the next couple days we have to take her back for Phase Two, which is blood work and tests. We'll continue until she either a.) gets better or b.) reaches her "lifetime maximum" (much like the way health insurance works, although Bridget's is much, much lower) and thus the end of her road.
Just kidding about the "end of her road" part.

About brought a tear to my eye with the "end of the road" stuff.

Poor pup! I'm sure Sadie would be glad to escort her down the road - but we won't let that happen! :)
